Orders are generally shipped within 3 days using  Hong Kong Post.

We offer HK$29.5 flat rate shipping to Hong Kong and free shipping for orders  over HK$500. It takes 2-7 days to deliver.   

We offer HK$160 flat rate  for international shipping and free shipping for orders  over HK$1000. 

It takes 8-20 days to deliver.   

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. RIKA SHIOYA BOUTIQUE is not responsible for these  charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at info@rikashioya.boutique with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
